I instructed the firm in relation to a sale of a business. It was a relatively large transaction. The service provided by Peter & his colleagues was excellent. They had the technical and legal expertise to get the deal finalised efficiently. The firm kept me informed at all times, But they also appreciated that it was a challenge for the parties involved so they made a special effort to reassure me throughout the process particularly when the deal threw up a few spanners in the works. These issues some of which were potentially deal breakers were resolved to the satisfaction of all sides. Peter is very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. I am happy to write a review and recount my experience following my instructing Peter to take a case against the Association of Irish Racehorse Owners, AIRO.

Peter and his legal team have been extremely professional in his approach to bringing the case before the High Court, in which he instructed junior and Senior Counsel to initiate proceedings seeking an injunction preventing AIRO from acting in an undemocratic and illegal manner in respect to a nominating process of a member of the Association to the statutory position on the board of Horse Racing Ireland, HRI.

The case proceeded where a satisfactory outcome was achieved for me, with costs being mutually agreed in my favour.

Before is sought Peters advice, I had an adjudication case with the rtb, which did not turn out in my favour. I then went to Peter and he advised me how to handle it going forward. I did exactly what Peter told me to do and thankfully it never went to appeal which is what I wanted! I only needed to meet Peter once.
