TechAds Media, an Irish company, was producing over €20 million in profits. It is being sued for $1.9 million by creditors and is also suing one of its own former directors because it has reportedly been “blacklisted” by its business partners. The stance of First Click and V Media, as presented in several documents filed with the courts by their solicitors Peter Boyle & Co.
