The majority owner of a successful construction company who is at war with his brother has been told to “get more good lawyers” after the High Court heard he had fallen out with his previous legal team.
Albert Conneally, of Glenman Corporation Ltd, was accused of trying to use “a falling out” with his solicitors as a tactic to delay a long-awaited trial getting on for hearing.
