Peter established the legal practice in 2009. He obtained his Law Degree from University College Dublin. Peter has many years of experience providing professional legal advice to both individuals and organisations with success being his only goal for his clients. He has been involved in Irish law since 1996.
Before establishing Peter Boyle & Co Solicitors, he worked in one of Dublin’s big five commercial law practices. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Irish Taxation Institute and holds the TEP designation from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. As a former Council member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA) and Chairman of its Practice Management Committee, Peter is a highly qualified and dedicated legal professional who values his growing client base with a unique, high quality, tailored service.
Peter has many years of experience sitting on company boards as a Non-Executive Director and has provided direction and legal advice to ensure these companies make the correct decisions. His knowledge relating to company restructuring, shareholder agreements and disputes, and corporate governance has been of great benefit to many organisations.
Ali graduated from the National University of Ireland Galway with a First Class Honours in Corporate Law. Ali has previous experience in the insurance industry as a Team Leader in the Subrogation Department. Ali has significant corporate, litigation, and property law experience. Ali is a qualified Solicitor and has been added to the Roll of Solicitors Ireland.
Jasmine graduated from Dublin City University with an Honours in Law and Politics (BA). Jasmine has developed her knowledge and experience over the last few years, supporting the team on many challenging and successful cases.
