I instructed the firm in relation to a sale of a business. It was a relatively large transaction. The service provided by Peter & his colleagues was excellent. They had the technical and legal expertise to get the deal finalised efficiently. The firm kept me informed at all times, But they also appreciated that it was a challenge for the parties involved so they made a special effort to reassure me throughout the process particularly when the deal threw up a few spanners in the works. These issues some of which were potentially deal breakers were resolved to the satisfaction of all sides. Peter is very approachable and nothing is too much trouble.
